Labeled for perimeter treatments, pantry pests and food areas, Orthene PCO Pellets with acephate effectively controls ants, crickets, firebrats, wasps, earwigs, pillbugs, sowbugs and (Tom Raspberry) Crazy Ants. Orthene contains acephate, a proven compound with no known resistance. Pellets mix easily with water and can be used as a crack and crevice spray or for perimeter and spot treatments. Acephate offers the most effective German-cockroach control in today’s commercial kitchens. Upon entering the insect’s body, it metabolizes into a deadlier, more active compound. Because of acephate’s residual persistence, on tile, stainless steel and other smooth surfaces, Orthene is a preferred pest-control option of many food-service professionals.
