INCORRECT ADDRESS FEE ($25 per package)

A $25 fee per package will be added for an incorrect shipping address to handle packaging and re-shipping. P.O BOX Delivery is Unavailable. Again, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Even you submit correct address, Our most carrier, UPS may not find your address on their system. Then, we will send verifying address e-mail to you. Let me know whether forced address or alternative other address. After shipped, If UPS charge incorrect address fee to us, $25 per package will be charged to you. Undeliverable as Address by USPS is the same. Please submit address include building#, suite# or unit# or lot# correctly, if any.

We are not liable for orders that are lost due to the result of a wrong address - We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

 

NO FREE SHIPPING CASE ($15 or more per package)

When the free shipping option we as the shipper will choose the most cost effective method of shipping either UPS or U.S POSTAL SERVICE. If an event that we choose to ship via USPS but it cannot be shipped via our chosen carrier but UPS has to used then an extra charge will incur. If you adhere to ship via UPS instead USPS with some issue, It will be the same. The charge will $15 or more per package and the customer will be notified via email or phone.

REFUSE / REJECT TO RECEIVE PACKAGE(S)

Refuse / Reject fee will be added, if happen refuse / reject to receive package(s) when deliveried by UPS / USPS. Because we have to pay to UPS for refused or undeliverable package by UPS and incoming shipping fee. If you refuse / reject to receive package(s), you and us will loose money. Please check inner content(s) first.  We use recycled package for protection our environment, so you have to check inner item(s) first before reject. If found wrong item(s) inside, follow return process. Refuse / Reject fee are subjected to a our actual shipping cost & return cost & 10% restocking fee of total final price.

RETURN & REFUND

Return & Refund - If item(s) is/are defective/damaged/leaking when you receive, please contact us by e-mail for further regardings within 15 days from receiving date first. You don't need to return. Take picture and should keep all packaging material and the box in case the carrier wants to inspect the condition of the package. While investigation by UPS or USPS, we will ship replacement immediately or after finished investigation depends on case. We will follow your case via e-mail until the case has been finished.

If you want to return even item is right, All returns must be in a resalable condition including original packaging within 15 days from the receiving date first. If opened item(s) or non-original package(s) can not be returned/exchanged/refund. The return shipping fee must be paid by yourside.

All Mattress, Boxspring cover(s), Coveralls, Hardware(tool), Bio (Natural) Product(s), HAZMAT product(s) and/or Pallet order can not be returned nor refunded although not used nor opened.

All International shipping can not be returned nor refund.

Non-defective item(s) returns will be refunded after deduct 10% restocking fee of total final price plus our actual shipping costs.

 

Lost Orders (15 days)

We will provide tracking information by email to our customers for every order placed through our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the tracking information and be on the lookout for their order to arrive. Sometimes Updating tracking information may missing due to updated by individually manually from us.

Customers who do not receive their order in a timely manner must let us know at least 15 days after shipment so that we can investigate the matter. We can help you, but cannot be held responsible for lost orders if we are not notified in at least 15 days from the time the order leaves our warehouse. All order older than 6 month from the order date could not be searchable & failed to follow because we do not have any information due to maximum 6 month of UPS / USPS /FEDEX tracking information. 

CANCELATION (5% fee (trannsaction fee) of total order amount)

Cancelation - If you want to cancel your order, Please send email info@pestrong.com to request cancelation. No cancelation fee exist, But we will refund after deducting 5% of total order as non-refundable transaction fee (processing fee), handing charge. But, the cancelation is not available after the shipping has fulfilled already. If then, you have to do follow return processing. We will ship fast, so If you want to cancel order, you have to hurry up before shipping. 

 

Out of Stock (On Order)

Inventory levels cannot be guaranteed even though an item shows In Stock. Some item may temporarily out of stock and/or not updated website correctly. Mostly we have stock over 1M & will ship within 14 days even out of stock.But, sometimes we meet national shortage issue or the manufacturer's hard-to-recovery issue such as fire, or etc. Placing an order for this item will put you in line to receive your shipment on a first-come, first-served basis, but it may take long time. If you can not wait, you can cancel your order, then we will partial refund it after deducting 5% of total order as non-refundable transaction fee (processing fee), handing charge. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Store Credit instead of impossible refund

We will refund against to the original payment type. PayPal to PayPal, Bank wired to Bank Wired. The refund should be done with same payment type when placed order. paypal refund period is max 6 months. So, Older than 6 month of Paypal order will be subjected to store credit. If impossible/failed refund to the original payment type, we will give STORE CREDIT VOUCHER CODE can be used 1 year for future order.

REWARD (Currently, Reward is not available)

We,Pestrong.com accept all major credit card through our Secure Gateway or PayPal. While using Paypal, please make same shipping address and paypal address, if different. Paypal or credit card payment will be result fast shipping. But, If you pay through Check or WesternUnion Transfer, we are holding shipping until payment cleared. No payment received until one(2) week, automatically your order will be canceled.

What item are ORM-D(Other Regulated Materials for Domestic transport only)?

All Aerosol can, Boracare-Moldcare, Cutline Plus, Pramitol(gallon), DipNGrow, Demon Max(pt, gallon), Avid 0.15EC Miticide (8oz, qt), Abamectin SPC Miticide (qt), Copper sulfate(2.5lb), etc.

ORM-D(Consumer Comodity) is a marker used for shipping in the U.S. that identifies the package as containing hazardous material in a limited quantity.

What are ORM-D Shipping Restrictions?

Items labeled ORM-D on our website can only be shipped via Ground within the continental U.S. and Canada. Because of the safety issues that arise with ORM-D items, they cannot be shipped using air transport.

Excluded shipping methods for ORM-D items include:

• UPS, Fedex - Next day or 2nd day air (Express)
• UPS, Fedex Ground to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands

If you placed ORM-D Product via invalid shipping carrier, we will change ground shipping carrier automatically without notice even express chosen.

What item are HAZMAT(Dangerous Goods)?

Green Clean Pro Algaecide (50lbs), Copper Sulfate (50lb), Zerotol Fungicide (2.5gal), Captan 4L(2.5gal), Dyna-Phos(2.5gal), Diquat 2L(2.5gal), KleenGrow(gal), X3(96oz), etc.

Above all of Item does not subject to extra hazmat fee(already included).

If you want HAZMAT product, we can ship to you via only UPS carrier. The order via USPS (postal service) carrier will be replaced with UPS without notice. Also The HAZMAT can not be returned / refund without any excemption. The HAZMAT shipping may canceled depends on item(s) without notice at any time due to regulation.

We ship HAZMAT Product through UPS GROUND ONLY. (not air shipping)

If placed an express order of HAZMAT, we will change UPS GROUND ONLY without notice.

If item has changed HAZMAT from non-hazmat due to air shipping (like international, AK, HI, PR) or mass qty, We will cancel order without notice.

e.g., Aerosol can or Termidor SC is non-hazmat, but if you order via express or order from international include AK, HI, PR, The item has changed to hazmat product. so will be canceled without notice.
