*"Pestrong delivery" means we choose shipping carrier ups, fedex or usps upon weight and region with free shipping over $35.00 order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS FEE

A $15 fee will be added for an incorrect shipping address to handle packaging and re-shipping. P.O BOX Delivery is Unavailable. Again, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

We are not liable for orders that are lost due to the result of a wrong address - We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

RETURN & REFUND

Return&Refund - If item(s) is/are defective when you receive, please contact us for further regardings within 15 days from receiving date. The shipment expenses for returning an item(s) is/are to be paid for by the customer first. However, we will pay the shipping of the replacement item(s) and full refund your shipping cost.

All returns must be in a resalable condition including original packaging. If opened item(s) or non-original package(s) can not be returned / exchanged. 

All mattress or boxspring cover(s) can not be returned although not used nor opened.

All International shipping can not be returned/refund.

Non-defective item(s) returns are subjected to a our actual shipping cost + 10% restocking fee of total final price.

CANCELATION

Cancelation - If you mistake or misclick order, Call us at 404-781-1300 within one(1) day from order date to request cancelation. We will refund after deduct 5% cancelation fee. After shipping, Cancelation is not available. If then, you have to do follow return processing. We do not accept cancelation by e-mail. We do accept over the phone only for cancelation.

2% Reward Service - Whenever placed order plus leave product comments at product page in online, reward will be made for you with $.20 per $10.00 order (exclude shipping fee) by request at info@pestrong.com. The pesticide rates in this publication are recommended only if they are registered with the Environmental Protection Agency and your state department of agriculture. If a registration is changed or cancelled, any rates listed here are no longer recommended. Before you apply any pesticide, fungicide or herbicide, etc check with your Cooperative Extension agent for the latest information.

Trade names are used only to give specific information. Pestrong.com does not endorse or guarantee any product and does not recommend one product instead of another that might be similar.

It is impossible for Pestrong.com to know every licensing restriction, product registration requirement, use requirement or limitations of every Country, State, County, City, Province, or Locality where the product is ultimately used.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or end user to obtain the appropriate license, permit, or registration for use of these products required by that purchaser's local, state, federal, country authorities.

Pestrong.com will not sell Unregisted and/or restricted use products(RUP) and/or Kits containing restricted products(RUP) and/or Agricultural Pesticides into some states such as New York, California, Washington, Minnesota, Connecticut etc.

But, we will sell restricted use products(RUP) for GA pesticide license holder only with record keeping.

Even you placed order, Pestrong.com got the right deny unlawful order.

ORM-D is a marker used for shipping in the U.S. that identifies the package as containing hazardous material in a limited quantity. It stands for Other Regulated Materials for Domestic transport only.

What are ORM-D Shipping Restrictions?

Items labeled ORM-D on our website can only be shipped via Ground within the continental U.S. and Canada. Because of the safety issues that arise with ORM-D items, they cannot be shipped using air transport.

Excluded shipping methods for ORM-D items include:

• UPS, Fedex - Next day or 2nd day air (Express) 
• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS, Fedex Ground to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands

Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands must set up their own freight forwarder in the continental U.S. that will ship ORM-D products to the desired destination.

Customers wanting to ship overseas must arrange their own freight forwarder within the continental U.S. that will ship ORM-D items to the desired destination.

What item are ORM-D?

All aerosol can, Boracare-Moldcare, Cutline Plus, Pramitol(gallon), DipNGrow, Demon Max.

So, If you are US Continental 48 States customer or Canadian need item above, use UPS or Fedex ground only, not UPS or Fedex Express.

If you are International customer except Canadian need item above, use your fright forwarder company in US. 

If you placed ORM-D Product via invalid shipping carrier, we will change ground shipping carrier automatically or your order will be void.

What item are HAZMAT?

AVID 0.15EC Miticide/Insecticide (8oz, qt), Abamectin SPC Miticide Insecticide (qt), Green Clean Pro Algaecide (50lbs), Copper Sulfate (50lb), Zerotol Fungicide (5gal), StorOx Broad Spectrum Bactericide Fungicide (5gal).

If you want HAZMAT product, we can not ship via UPS, FEDEX, and/or USPS. HAZMAT product only can be shipped via local freight forwarding or pick up from our GA location. If you place order HAZMAT, you can receive via freight company. You can process over the phone at 404-781-1300 only for HAZMAT product.
