I own a small pest control company. These non-toxic baits might seem like a waste of money and time buying and using this to monitor the infestation instead of outright killing them, but it is not. I used this first to find out just how bad a particular infestation might be. If I use too little poison bait or traps, the pest control ends up as a total waste, for me, but especially my customer. If I use too many traps or poison, the infestation will get rooted out, but I probably wasted a good number of traps or used up a lot of expensive poisonous bait to do so, and there might be poison bait lying around in my customer's house, which is horrible news for them. So I use these to get a good idea about the infestation, and I use the actual pest control items to get the job done right, not just for me, but for my customers.
