Milky Spore Granular Grub Control - 20 Lbs is a natural bacteria that controls the grub stage of the japanese beetles up to 10 years after 6th application.

Milky Spore granules is safe to use along with other herbicides and fertilizers and it is harmless to birds, bees, and fish. Safe to use around pools or ponds.

Milky Spore grabules contains Milky Spore disease bacterium (Bacillus popillae) that kills grubs in a way that is environmentally safe and highly recommended by professional and organic gardeners.

To reach maximum spore levels in the soil and achieve best grub control, Milky Spore Granular should be applied before grubs hatch in the spring, summer and fall (Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day) for 2 consecutive years (the times of year can vary somewhat, application can occur any time the ground is not frozen). After that, the spores will continue to offer effective control on their own for several years. After the 6th application, control can last up to 10 years.
